Ascend Approvals provides credit education, credit repair assistance, and approval-readiness services designed to help clients better understand their credit profile and prepare for future financing opportunities.

Results vary by individual circumstances, including the accuracy of items on your credit report, the responses of credit bureaus and furnishers, and your participation in the process.

Ascend Approvals does not guarantee any specific credit score increase, removal or deletion of any specific item from your credit report, approval for any loan, credit line, lease, mortgage, or other financing, or any specific lending outcome.

Ascend Approvals helps clients identify and dispute items on their credit reports that appear to be inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). We do not use, and you should not rely on, any language that promises or guarantees specific results or outcomes.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Cooperate with reasonable requests for documentation and information
• Refrain from interfering with the operation of our website or services

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascend Approvals, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost opportunities, or denied credit decisions.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Ascend Approvals for the services giving rise to the claim.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved informally through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association in the state in which Ascend Approvals is headquartered, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
